By accessing or using the GMH Chauffeur Service platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
GMH provides corporate chauffeur-driven transport, fleet operations software, booking management, and related services to business customers across the United Kingdom.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by service type and are displayed at the time of booking. Failure to comply with cancellation terms may result in charges.
5. Payments
Fees for services are agreed in your corporate agreement or displayed at booking. Payment terms, invoicing, and late payment policies are set out in your account agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
GMH liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
